• The management there is the worst and always lies. Justify everything by blaming the employees. I have honestly never witnessed management that was worse than this.
• Sociopathic Management You receive consistently subpar treatment. There is no regard for speaking the truth in anything. Office will not pay the drivers what is due under the contract (they skim by lying about the rates).
• Office staff and managers are willing to mistreat drivers in order to advance their ESOP, which is an ESOP gone wrong. Ever received a warning or punishment for idling during 60 days of temperatures above 100 degrees? New drivers receive subpar treatment, so you will. Senior management will lie to your face, call you out on lying, and accuse you of lacking moral character. Your percentage is based on rates, so lie about them.
